Aisling Collins – Head of Family – Solicitor, Mediator and Collaborative Lawyer
Aisling studied Law at the University of Sussex and obtained a 2:1 BA in Law with American studies. She become a Master of Law being awarded a LLM at University College Dublin. She completed her Legal Practice Course at the College of Law in London before being admitted as a solicitor in 1998.
Since 2002 she has specialised her practice in all areas of Family Law with particular focus on Financial Settlements following Divorce for medium and high net worth clients. She has also wide experience of disputes concerning Children and appropriate arrangements for them. She is experienced in cases involving Relocation, Child Abduction and disputes concerning children with multi jurisdictional aspects.
Aisling has trained as a Collaborative Lawyer and is also a Resolution trained Family Mediator. She has an ever increasing number of clients choosing to use Dispute Resolution methods to resolve family disputes and achieving successful outcomes for themselves and their families. She actively promotes such an approach where appropriate. Aisling is now the Managing Partner of E M Collins & Co.

Jacqui Nicholls – Head Of Private Client
Jacqui is Head of the Private Client and advises on all aspects of Wills and Probate focussing on the Management and Administration of Estates. Jacqui has extensive knowledge, and provides practical and well judged advice ensuring efficient and cost effective Estate Administration. Jacqui undertakes work relating to Deeds of Variation, Trust administration and contested probate matters. She is equally at ease assisting and advising in high net worth matters and more modest estates.
Deniece Lines – Senior Private Client Lawyer
Jacqui has recently been joined in the Private Client Department by Deniece Lines. Formerly of a regional firm where she was Head of Department, Deniece has been helping families for more than 25 years and is known for her sensitive and practical approach. She is an experienced lawyer dealing with all aspects of Private Client work including Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection, Estate Planning, Probate and the administration of Estates and general affairs of the elderly.
Kate Moran – Associate Solicitor
Kate completed her degree at Bristol University and graduated with a 2:1 LLB degree in Law. Kate trained with E.M. Collins & Co and qualified with the firm in 2010. She is an Associate Solicitor and has developed a busy Family Law Practice. Kate provides caring, intelligent and practical advice to her clients and has developed a loyal following.
Kate undertakes all areas of family law work both assisting clients in resolving issues relating to arrangements for their children and also in negotiating financial settlements.
